Scottish League (Canada Cup) Bridge of Weir 6 Juniors 1

"After a promising start, Juniors fell away in a league match with Bridge of Weir who had things very much their own way in the closing stages at the Scottish Ice Rink, Crossmyloof, Glasgow last night.

W G McDonald scored for Bridge of Weir early in the game but a brilliant solo dash by P Stevenson enabled Juniors to equalise early in the second period. Then, the senior side forged ahead through goals by W M Muirhead and W S McLeod.

McDonald, McLeod and J K Woodrow added further goals in the final period."
